Our halogen infrared heaters mimic how the sun warms you—giving off that direct, comforting heat that hits you instantly. It’s perfect for places where you need warmth right where you need it, instead of heating an entire room.
The Tech, Without the Headache
It’s actually pretty simple. Inside a quartz tube, a halogen element heats up fast, sending out short-wave infrared that cuts right through the air with almost no loss. What you get is a powerful blast of heat aimed exactly where you want it. No waiting. No warm-up time. Just flip it on, and the heat is there. We’ve got you covered on power, too. The standard setup runs on 220V, with 1000W and 1500W options. If you’re running heavier duty lines, we also make 400V versions. And the tube length? We built it to fit your space. You can get it anywhere from 300mm to 600mm, so it slides right into tight bays or stretches along long conveyor lines.
Built to Last
We chose a quartz tube because it can handle the shock of heating up and cooling down over and over without cracking. Inside, the halogen gas shields the filament, keeping the heat steady and giving the whole unit a longer life. A reflective coating on the back pushes all that energy forward, so you waste less heat and get more intensity right where you need it. For the connections, we went with R7s base connectors. They’re tough enough for high heat, hold their electrical grip, and make swapping out a unit during maintenance a breeze. If you already have R7s fixtures, this is a straight drop-in replacement—no rewiring the whole setup.
What It Feels Like to Use
On the floor, this heater brings real comfort. For your operators, that radiant warmth soaks into their outer layers, loosening up stiff joints and keeping circulation going during those long shifts. For the process itself, it keeps materials at the right temperature without turning the whole area into a sauna. Now, a heads-up: this thing is dense. It puts out a lot of heat, so you need to make sure your machine enclosure and cooling are ready for the extra warmth. But when everything’s planned right, you get that reliable, sun-like heat—without stepping outside.
