We built the Contiform 1/2 replacement lamp as a direct-fit infrared emitter, matched to the machine’s original thermal envelope. The quartz envelope gives stable, fast-response heating in the heating tunnel, and the R7s connector and overall length are held to OEM tolerances so the lamp seats the same way every time. We spec wattage and voltage to match the Contiform 1/2 heating zones, so you keep the same energy density and temperature curve without re-tuning the entire blow molder.

The practical details

A dirty reflector can rob output even when the lamp itself is correct. And if your Contiform 1/2 has been modified, or the heating zones have been re-wired, verify voltage at the socket before you finalize the match.
