Introduction
Here’s the thing about a busy kitchen: every second counts. When you’re racing through a service rush, waiting for a disinfection cycle to finish feels like watching the clock tick in slow motion. That’s exactly why we built this infrared heating element. We wanted something that gets your cabinet’s core hot—fast—and then just holds that heat steady. No waiting around. Just pure, reliable speed.
The Power Behind the Speed
This isn’t some wimpy bulb. It’s a heavy-duty, 400V, 2500W workhorse packed into a compact 300mm tube. That size is a real advantage. It slips into tight spots inside your cabinet without forcing you to redesign the whole thing. And that 400V rating? We chose it on purpose. It’s perfect for industrial setups, giving you serious power while drawing less current. That means you can use smaller wiring and put less stress on your connections.
Built to Take the Heat
We wrapped this thing in a quartz envelope filled with halogen. Why? Because it can handle the brutal temperature swings without giving up the ghost. The halogen cycle keeps the filament stable, so you get a long life—even with all that on-and-off action. And the heat itself? It’s shortwave infrared, which means it hits surfaces directly. No lag. The cabinet interior and all the utensils inside get hot, fast. The connection is just as straightforward. It uses an R7s two-pin ceramic base. It’s tough, easy to wire, and makes a solid connection—both mechanically and thermally. When you need to swap it out, you can do it on the fly. No special tools, no fuss.
What It Feels Like to Use
In a disinfection cabinet, speed is everything. This lamp hits operating temperature in seconds, so your cabinet is ready to go almost instantly. That translates to shorter cycles. More cycles per hour. And during the dinner rush, that’s the difference between keeping up and falling behind. Now, there’s a trade-off with all that power. 2500W puts out a serious amount of heat, so you need to make sure your cabinet’s cooling and thermal management are up to the task. But if you’ve got that covered? You get a heat source that’s fast, dependable, and ready to keep pace, even during the busiest service windows.
