It’s like trying to thaw a frozen steak with a blowtorch—the outside burns before the middle even wakes up. We use shortwave infrared technology to change how the heat actually travels. Instead of just sitting on the skin, the radiation sinks deeper into the preform wall. We’ve spent a lot of time tuning the wattage and voltage to keep up with those rapid HyPET cycles. The result? Your plastic hits that glass transition temperature quickly, but the outer skin stays safe. No headaches during installation.
