The nitty-gritty on power
The Nissei ASB 150DP is picky. It needs infrared heat distributed just right to soften those preforms without ruining them. We build these lamps to hit the exact voltage and wattage your OEM oven expects. High-wattage tubes are great because they give you the heat density you need for fast cycles. But here’s a tip: double-check your wiring and power supply. If they can’t handle the current draw of a full bank of lamps, you’re just asking for a premature burnout.
Built to last (and actually fit)
We use heavy-wall quartz glass. Why? Because these things go through a brutal cycle of heating and cooling, and cheap glass just can’t take that kind of thermal shock. The best part is the installation. We use standard industrial connectors, so they just slide right into your existing sockets.No rewiring. No headaches. We obsess over the length and diameter. If a lamp is off by even a couple of millimeters, it won’t sit centered in the reflector. When that happens, you lose your focal heat, and you end up with preforms that heat unevenly. It’s a small detail that makes a huge difference.
Real-world production
These lamps are made for the chaos of a 24/7 shop floor. They have to deal with constant vibration and oppressive ambient heat. Now, while our tubes are a direct fit for Sidel and Nissei, there’s one thing we can’t fix for you: your airflow. If your cooling fans are clogged with dust, the lamp housing is going to overheat. It doesn’t matter how high the quality of the filament is; if it can’t breathe, it’ll die early. We’ll provide the hardware, but you’ve got to keep the environment clean.
